Jena and Jordan’s engagement session at Pass Lake and Loveland Pass in Colorado was nothing short of breathtaking. Set against the majestic backdrop of snow-covered mountains, their engagement session embraced the serene beauty of the mountains surrounding Pass Lake. As the sun dipped toward the horizon, we moved to the west side of the pass. The sun cast a warm golden glow across the landscape, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of their relationship. We ran around until there was no light left and had the best time doing so! The stunning scenery and the couple’s undeniable chemistry made for an unforgettable experience. With each click of my shutter, I documented the excitement they felt as they stepped into this new chapter together. Their session was a beautiful reminder of the adventures that await them, framed by the enchanting mountains where It all started. I was so excited to be able to put my drone up here. This is an unrestricted area and its still at a low enough altitude that my DJI can fly comfortably. The wind and skies were in our favor and I was luckily able to get some stunning wide shots of them that puts into perspective just how huge these mountains in Colorado are. I love using my drone during sessions to get shots from above while I shoot from the ground.
