Second shooting the Oliver wedding at Sterling Event Venue was like stepping into a modern fairytale with timeless style, ethereal details, and just the right amount of sparkle.
From the very start, the day felt elevated and intentional. The bridesmaids wore soft champagne tones that shimmered in the light, while the groomsmen kept it sharp in all black. It was a perfect contrast: classic, clean, and effortlessly elegant.
The bride wore a whimsical, airy gown that floated with every step, paired with a cathedral-length veil that made every movement feel like a cinematic moment. The entire aesthetic was soft yet luxurious, a balance of light, texture, and emotion that translated beautifully on camera.
Sterling Event Venue gave us the perfect backdrop. Its neutral, timeless architecture that allowed the couple’s style to take center stage. The reception space was glowing: candlelit tablescapes, scattered disco balls reflecting soft light, and a record-inspired seating chart that brought a touch of personality and nostalgia to the design.
One of the most magical moments? Their first dance with the most magical cold sparks. The room fell quiet, the lights dimmed, and they swayed together under a shower of gold sparks, pure romance, frozen in time.
It was such an honor to second shoot this stunning day at Sterling Event Venue alongside Sarah Mackenzie Photography and capture a love story that was as classic as it was modern, as luxurious as it was heartfelt.
