WHY I shoot FILM - IN PHOTOS & MOTION
There’s something magical about film, both 35mm and Super 8 video, that digital can’t quite match. Shooting with film has made me a more intentional, thoughtful, and creative storyteller. Every frame feels nostalgic, imperfect in the best way, and filled with the emotion of the moment.
Having 35mm film included in your wedding package offers a tangible, timeless way to preserve the day. The tones, the textures, the feeling, all offer a nostalgic form of your wedding photos. In a world of instant everything, working with film brings back simplicity and a slower pace. Each roll has 24-36 exposures, so I slow down, frame things carefully, and capture the moments that truly matter. Every click of the shutter is intentional, and each image holds weight.

Super 8, on the other hand, is where your story comes to life in motion. It’s not about cinematic perfection and there is a nostalgic texture to it that instantly transports you back. It's not polished or perfect, just honest and full of life. Each reel is filmed by hand and edited into a highlight that feels like stepping back into your wedding day, exactly as you remember it. You end up with a dreamy, documentary-style wedding film that feels straight out of a memory.
Every wedding and elopement I shoot includes both digital and film photography, so your day is preserved in every form, Super 8 can be added onto any package.

Yes! Roughly 30% of my bookings are travel! I am always ready to jump on the next flight out to shoot your wedding! All of my travel packages can be 100% customized, and start at $4,500 for eight hours of wedding day coverage.

I pay for unlimited storage and I intend to put it to use. There is no post-delivery deletion of anything but RAW images. Your final gallery is fully accessible, all the time.

The number of photos depends on the wedding package and the number of hours booked. Each package has a set number of edited photos guaranteed, but all deliverable images will be included in the final gallery. I typically average 75-125 photos per hour.
