WHY I shoot FILM - IN PHOTOS & MOTION
There’s something magical about film, both 35mm and Super 8 video, that digital can’t quite match. Shooting with film has made me a more intentional, thoughtful, and creative storyteller. Every frame feels nostalgic, imperfect in the best way, and filled with the emotion of the moment.
Having 35mm film included in your wedding package offers a tangible, timeless way to preserve the day. The tones, the textures, the feeling, all offer a nostalgic form of your wedding photos. In a world of instant everything, working with film brings back simplicity and a slower pace. Each roll has 24-36 exposures, so I slow down, frame things carefully, and capture the moments that truly matter. Every click of the shutter is intentional, and each image holds weight.
